In the Morning Mugs and Movement classes we invite you to come together as a community, bring your coffee or tea mugs filled to the brim and let your cup runneth over with a mindful, stretchy slow flow class to start your day. The classes invite you to connect with your breath, move mindfully in your body and meditate throughout the practice on the yoga mat, while allowing you to find a deeper connection to your practice off the mat. This is an all levels class. The lineages and styles taught in this class will be a coalescence of traditional Hatha, Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and some feel good intuitive movements.
