Girls Skate NZ Skateboard Clinic - May Road Skatepark

Thanks to Out And About Auckland & Puketapapa local board, we will be running 2 FREE lessons at May Road Skatepark, Mount Roskill War Memorial Park on Thursday the 22nd and 29th of December from 4-6pm!

All ages & abilities are welcome, from full beginners to girls wanting to learn more advanced tricks! With free board & safety gear hire available too!

Girls Skate NZ aim to empower girls in skateboarding, inspire confidence, skateboard etiquette and determination.

This will be done through fun group games and working one on one with individuals to progress. Activities will include fundamentals such as pushing, carving, braking, pumping and dropping in etc so all students attain a good understanding of basic skills. Skilled coaches will be onsite for our more advanced skateboarders wanting to expand on their tricks!

* Please do not attend the lessons if you are presenting cold or flu symptoms.

Alongside making sure you get the most out of our lessons and having a fun time, our coaches main priorities will be ensuring correct health & safety procedures are followed throughout the lessons to keep all participants safe.
