I don't consume cannabis, can I still come?

YES! Many students come for the yoga & high vibes alone. There is a private outdoor patio for those who wish to consume, and it is allowed but not required.

What should I bring for my first class?

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and wear clothes that will be easy to move in.

Can I just buy products there?

There are no on-site sales, but participants are encouraged to place online orders before class or upon arrival for delivery within 30 minutes from our partner delivery service, Lucky Box Club.

I've never done yoga before, what should I expect?

Yoga is for EVERY BODY! We'll move slowly & intentionally to engage & feel new sensations while releasing tension. By the end of class, you'll likely feel like you've been to a gym, been to therapy, and had the best stretch of your life. (At least that is how it's been described to ME!)

A San Francisco native, Eliza Maroney is a critically acclaimed yoga instructor & coach who teaches a unique style of Vinyasa & Yin Yoga called Bend & Blaze.
