This week we'll be doing a 7km run with 3 bootcamp stops along the way.
Please only attend the event if you have reserved a spot on Heylo and if you feel unwell please do not attend. Remember to follow the advice given by our crew captains during the event.

The pace of this weeks run will be between approx. 4:30min/km and 6:00min/km. To truly enjoy the night you must be capable of running 7km.
We are a community that is not just about the running so will be heading to the bar afterwards for a few drinks.
